Resolve 17 Issue: Aces Square Pixel to Cinemascope

PostFri Apr 02, 2021 6:40 am

Hi,

I'm currently working in an ACES timeline on Resolve. Unfortunately I clicked the cinema scope option which affected what looks to be the transform on the monitor viewer. All the colors were totally wonky, when I swapped back to square pixels, the image won't change. I can't seem to fix this issue despite copying the same project settings from a previous save.

Just out of curiosity, I recreated the issue and again using a previous version of the save file, I can't seem to revert it back despite changing to the original settings.

Has anyone else ran into this issue before?

I'm a little confused.

I'm not aware of PAR having anything to do with ACES.
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.
