Is Nuendo displaying an error code when attempting to import the AAF?
Few suggestions:
(1) While Nuendo often ignores muted Clips in an AAF, muted Clips in the AAF can also result in an error at import. Use Clip Gain rather than disabling the Clip on the Timeline or completely remove muted Clips prior to exporting the AAF.
(2) Timeline menu > Flatten Audio Track Layers
(3) Resolve Preferences > User > Editing > General Settings > Align audio edits to frame boundaries
(4) Disable the Video Track in the AAF preset and deliver broadcast wave files as it has been reported that Nuendo can fail to import certain embedded AAFs.
