No Sound for added Videos - Help

Hey guys,

i'm recently facing a tricky problem. When adding video files via drag and drop, such as .mp4 or .mov files the audio lane doesn't show up. The video itself exist in the video lane, but there is no sound lane at all. It worked perfectly for the last couple of days. First i thought it was related to the similair problem, where people were missing the sound waves. In the end it turned out to be not related.

It there a quick way to fix the problem?

Go to the Media page, Media Storage panel in the top left.

Navigate to the clips in question and try to play them. Do they have sound?
