I don't know what stability should have been added to version 17.1.1 ?! Resolve Studio closed in the middle of editing while moving clips. This has happened several times, i.e. restarted the PC, restarted Resolve, loaded the project (thanks to backup every 60 seconds, nothing is lost) and continued working. Then when creating the video at 60%, Resolve closed again - and could no longer be started!
Every time after starting and opening a new, empty project, the screen went white and Resolve has ended ...
Uninstalling version 17.1.1 and then reinstalling this version did not change the behavior.
Only when I uninstalled all the programs that could be fine-tuned with DaVinci or BlackMagic, restarted the PC and reinstalled version 17.1 (not 17.1.1!), Everything works as expected again!
The project in question could now be edited and the video created without further incident.
Addendum: The crashes on 17.1.1 always took place if there was no optimized media and the cache had not yet been created (is configured with "smart"). This does not occur with 17.0 and 17.1.

Oliver
