Can't Preview Anything - Just Keeps Flickering -

I'm having an issue with the latest version where after a few minutes, I'm unable to play anything from my timeline nor preview any of my sources. All that happens is that all the preview boxes keep flickering the same source file over and over. The only solutions is for me to close everything and restart the app until it happens again shortly thereafter.

Why is it doing this? How do I fix it?
