How to Create a Solid Color in Fusion?

Hi, I'm with a project here and I want to put a Solid Color in the Fusion Tab but idk how to do it. Can someone help me? Thx!

I feel like this is something that's described in the manual.
Page 1050 for Fusion and 815 to do it in the Color page.

Background. What about covering at least the free tutorials by BM? It's in there.
