Speed editor is not starting up?

i recently had this issue of my speed editor doesn't automatically power on after the launch of Resolve 17.1. Sometimes it will power on after pressing on jog key couple of times..but some times it doesn't power on at all. It is in sleep mode when resolve is running. Is this a software problem?

I have sometimes the same problem (via Bluetooth).
