Exporting video format for use in Premiere

I want to do some color correction in Resolve and import the videos into Premiere for further processing. What format do I use to export the videos? Will the exported videos be in losslesss format?

I sometimes shoot for a company that edits with Adobe. I create Cineform .avi files for them. Medium Quality.
