No title available

When i want to put a title on my timeline i go in the section after effect but when i click on title there is no title available, the section is totally empty.

If you have placed a text box on the timeline, have it highlighted, and have the playhead on it, you should see this in the Inspector panel where you add your text.
You get the text box from the Effects Library/ Titles menu.

there is an arrow, just above the word 'toolbox' in the effect library.. its pointing down.

select it and see if the dropdown is selected to 'all'
