One project where keyframes don't copy to properly

I'm working on a bunch of projects now and copying and pasting things between them.

There's one project in this entire bunch (same exact setup in everyway) that just refuses to copy OpenFX keyframes along to it.

I have a simple rectangle that has some blur keyframes on it, and they worked fine copying to every other project except this one, same goes for any other open fx i have on other bits.

Any reason this might be happening in this one project?

The weird thing is, if I copy it from the project where it doesn't work, and then paste it back in a different project, they keyframes are there working again? wtf
