I have no issues with any other projects I'm working on
I have also been doing these screen recordings the exact same way for about 6 months now with no issues, but the past month or so it has been extremely laggy with them, even if I convert them and run them through other software first like Media Encoder and I'm not sure what's causing it.
Anyone have any similar experiences or other work arounds to fix the issue?
