Flashing/clipping black outline when zooming image

When I either do a dynamic zoom, or a keyframed manual zoom in Resolve 17, I get these odd flashing/clipping/stuttering black outlines around the image. There's no effects on the image at all (i.e no drop shadow, etc)

FWIW, the image isn't cropped either and doesn't fill the whole screen. The zoom range runs from about 0.9 to 0.95 over a 6 second duration, so it's very subtle, but those lines are killing it. It didn't happen in Resolve 16

I recall one user reporting that a different Resize Filter in the Image Scaling Project Settings helped.
