Resolve Opens But User Interface Is Not Present

Hi,

For some reason, when I open resolve, the loading screen opens.
Then it disappers. Upon checking task manager, it is actually loaded but I don't see any user interface.

I tried
A) Killing the resolve in the task manager and reopening it. Same problem
B) Tried restarting. Same problem
C) Tried reinstalling resolve. Same problem.

I'm using Resolve 17.1 and (also tried with 17.2 with the reinstall).
With the Studio Driver 461 and 462.

Is there a way around this?

SOP is for that loading screen to go away just before the Project Manager appears.

Sounds like it's getting stuck at that point.

How long do you wait?
