CharacterLevelStyling keyframes not working

PostSat Mar 20, 2021 12:52 am

Hello all,

I'm hoping someone can help me out.

Very new Resolve 17 user here. I have a Text node in Fusion, I have selected CharacterLevelStyling. I select the character I want to modify in the viewer (I have green brackets). In the Modifier tab, I'm adding opacity keyframes, I can jump from keyframe to keyframe, but the only opacity value they retain is the last one I modified.

In other words, all of my keyframes are losing their individual values. I've used keyframes successfully in other tabs, but I can't figure this out.

Any thoughts?

Regards,

Brendan

The CharacterLevelStyling keyframes work a little differently. Are you going back to the Text tab under the Modifiers and right-clicking the "Right click here to animate Character Level Styling" label? You first have to click on Animate then for each keyframe you have to go back and click Set Key.
