audio issue in Resolve

I have an issue with the audio in Resolve, every time I start a clip I the audio only starts after about one second, so it is very hard to edit the audio.

I have been looking into my preferences, but sofar I haven't been able to find a solution.


I work on a iMacPro with sufficient memory.
Editing material is prores.

Is this behaviour present on the Edit or Fairlight page?

I don’t have a solution, just wanted to chime in to say that I’m experiencing the same thing for the past several versions.

What option is selected for Preferences>System>Video and Audio I/O>Speaker Setup?
