MKV cannot be imported even in Davinci Resolve 17.2

Hello,
I have just upgraded to the regular version of Davinci Resolve 17.2 and I cannot get any MKV file into the media pool. Is this feature exclusive to the Studio version? Thanks.

Can you give us a sample MKV file to take a look at?

MKV files are containers. If the video and audio codecs inside are Studio only, or supported only on specific platforms, Resolve will interpret them that way.
