17.2 my last two projects loads only till 98%

On a W10 PC after upgrade to 17.2 my last 2 projects cannot be loaded the green bar stop at 92% for one et 98% for another.
I try to copy a backup to a new folder, cancel the date from project.db, refresh the project manager window , open it, but the problem of the green bar stopping at 92% remain, what I can do ?

After reverting back to 17.1.1 now the two projects load without problem so I think there is a problem on the new update.

You might need to post an Archive, or at least a .drp, for the staff to look at.
