Hello i try ton install a nex fresh version of DVR17 or 16 on my computer and when i try tu put my serial i always have a message "error when activate try to contact black magic "...

I need to work i dont have a firewall or other thing

There have been quite a few reports of activation failures this year. I think all you can do is wait and try again.

To prevent this from ever happening again, you might consider picking up a second license with the dongle.
