Can't load Project without crash anymore

Hey guys,
I'm pretty new to Resolve, but the render times for my BMPCC 6k and 6k footage is just way better than in Premiere..
First off I cut my Project in Premiere then I exported an XML Timeline imported that in Resolve and then graded everything with the Log and copied that to the other clips.
After that i created an Adjustment Layer and added RG Film to add some Grain and Distinct Colors.
The Framerate was too low to keep editing so I enabled Caching with "smart" settings.
At one point I thought it would be my System having the Problem because my System crashed upon loading the Project!!! It would use to write on my unlisted internal Backup HDD (which is nowhere in the Settings I double checked) so I unplugged it and it would load into my Project but with my main SSD loading with 2GB/s for multiple minutes
Now, however, I deleted all the Cache Files, reinstalled resolve and it still crashes a few Seconds after loading the Project. (tho now without hurting the PC)
I'm really out of clues and am not ambitious to cut the whole Project again if it might not work again so I would really appreciate any help!
I added all Logs as .rar file and my System is this:
Ryzen 1800x
16GB Ram
r9 290 4gb video ram
m.2 WD Black SSd (for Programs and Workload)
internal SSD (for Programs and Workload)
internal HDD (Backup and Music Files)
internal HDD (Backup and VST Plugins)
external HDD (Backup)
external SSd (connected over high-speed USB C with footage on it)
