Download form bugged

I am unable to download Resolve because the country rubric is bugged and I can't choose my country! And it's been like that since 2 months at least. Please fix it!

It is possible to do a "Download Only" and not enter any information at all.

Apparently there was a problem with the browser I was using, I've been using Opera and I wasn't even able to choose any country at all. The form was bugged, instead of the proper title there was "{{downloadTitle}}" and I couldn't close the form clicking on the "x". When I used another web browser everything was fine
