Where to find log info ?

Where in Resolve can I find if a clip was shot in Clog or Clog3 ?

You have to know that. You tell Resolve, not the other way around.
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.
