Media Offline

I downloaded the video from my new iPhone, but I can't see it - da vinci shows "media offline". Tell me how to fix it?

But I am still hoping to see if there is another option to work directly with the clips I have recieved.

It works for me. Maybe a license issue with Windows? Try the HEVC add-on by Microsoft, it doesn’t cost much.
