Text+ first frame render bug

Hi there,

Scoured the internet but can't find a mention of this bug.. maybe I'm searching the wrong thing

I'm making a lyric video and have a series of Text+ objects on different layers. When I render the timeline; the first frame of every text+ flashes total black. It doesn't show up like that in the edit view, only when rendering. Even if I fade in the first frame or drag clip start to the right.

I'm relatively new to composition work so I don't know how to troubleshoot, any advice greatly appreciated.

Hmm I thought I just fixed it by deleting all render cache, but it's back

Anyone have any idea what might cause this? I just opened my project today it was working fine yesterday and now the first frame on Text+ files just causes a black screen...
