Project Server - Created a second DB and can't connect to it

SO I've added a second database because I wanted to firewall some projects from the team database.

That all went fine on the server end, but I can't connect to it on any of the edit suites.

Resolve returns the error "failed to connect to the database"

However all my machines can still connect to the main database.

Both of the db's are hosted on the same machine running project server 17

I'm totally lost here. Plz halp.

Did you Authorize the new DB on the project server?

On the new project server (17) it’s called share database

Yup.

Also chasing it up with newmagic here in Aus. Let u know how that goes.

BMD Resolved it.

Project Server was connecting the database through the wrong NIC.
