Adding Titles from Title Packages or others

I like some of the Titles built into DR Effect Library. But, if I wanted to add more titles have others found reliable sites where they can add more titles? How does the process of adding titles work? Do you have to use the Fusion page? Can you just drag titles over to the Effects Library in the Edit Page? Thank you!
