Can't Access .srt in MacOS Big Sur (M1)

PostWed Jun 16, 2021 4:04 am

Hi there,
I installed DaVinci Resolve on my MacBook Air (M1) earlier today and tried importing some clips. It all went well until I tried importing an .srt file. The software has been granted full access to the disc and has no issues importing video and audio files, yet it refuses to accept the .srt. It constantly throws "Grant access to the folder" message, yet no matter how many times and how many folders I choose, it still simply shows the same error message over and over again  It imports other types of files from the same folder no problem.

I can live without the .srt, but since it would make my work on the project significantly easier, I decided to ask about the error and possible solution here. Thank you very much!
