Speed Editor Battery

PostThu Mar 25, 2021 6:58 pm

Love the Speed Editor. However, I don't use it all that often. I got it out and found that the fully charged battery was now a 7 %. Seems even if not being used, and it is any where near my iMac the battery takes a hit. So, if I need to use it being connected with USB cable, the best option. It would have been nice if there had been an "On & Off" switch. That way when the Speed Editor was sitting on a shelf near by the battery would not get run down.

I was just about to post the same issue...

The speed editor links to my Mac via Bluetooth every time, even without Resolve being started, and drains the battery. I can see the editor displayed under my BT devices as "DaVinci Keyboard". Is there a way to add an (software) on/off switch to the keyboard? e.g. a keyboard shortcut of any sort? Thanks!
