Retime / individual clips rendering

PostMon Jun 14, 2021 2:12 pm

HI there,

i have a timline with 8 clips. Some of them are slowed down to 50% and one is set to freeze frame.
When I render them out as individual clips they are all shorter... the rendering process doesn´t care about these speed changes.

Which button have I missed to click?

Thx,
Tobias

You need to choose the Single clip option and set up In/Out points for each clip. That will include the speed effects.
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.

Can you “render in place” then export?

Yep, that's how things work if you want those effects. Individual clips mode wasn't meant for that purpose.
