Hello,
I wanted to report on a bug (maybe?) or issue with Resolve Version 17. I have a 1080P HD timeline. I have exported a Quicktime file just fine with very good encode speed. However, I also need to export a WAVE file of the master for client review. When using the Audio Only Export in the Deliver page, the export is extremely slow, taking about 22 minutes for a 60 minute timeline. In almost all other NLEs I've used, it takes about 3-4 minutes (Premiere/Final Cut/Vegas/Avid).
However, if I bounce the master to a new track using Fairlight, it is extremely fast at the 3-minute mark (which is what I expected).
If I use the Protools template in the Deliver page, it is also very fast at around 3-minutes, but if I try to just create a WAVE file, the export is extremely slow.
I'm wondering if the software development team can take a look into this?
