DaVinci Resolve 16 will not load any media/all media is grey

I was editing a green screen video in Davinci 16 when all of a sudden it randomly froze. So, I exited Resolve and loaded my most recent save file, but Resolve will not load any of the media within it. I let it sit overnight and everything is still greyed out. Nothing will play and none of the media will load.
I have Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 if that helps.
Could somebody please help me get this unstuck? I spent a long time getting this project to where it is.

On the media page, is u select any clips in media storage. do you see them in the thumb or viewer?

check in preferences, system , GPU ..it should be set to OpenCL or Auto.
