Weird Red Flag on most clips after Ripple Delete

I ripple deleted an empty space and now for some reason all of a sudden I have a slew of the Red Marker Flags on almost all of the Video and Audio clips and they are all aligned and in time with each other. That has never happened in all of the time I have been editing. Any idea on why and how to remove them?
