Video Frame Rate Conform Bug in Resolve 17

Hi - wondering if anyone else has encountered this. I have footage shot at 29.97 that I am conforming to 23.976 via the Clip Attributes > Video Frame Rate function. Previously, this has worked perfectly; however, recently made the jump to 17 (2.2) and each time I try to modify the frame rate Resolve completely locks up, requires a force quit, thus I am unable to do this. This *is* a project that was started in 16 and brought into 17 so wondering if this has manifested this issue or if there is something else going on (it locks up on both media already in the project and newly imported media). Any thoughts appreciated.
