Resolve crops Subclips

Imagine you need to do a 9x16 resize for social media. You have a split frame so you create a sub-clip with the two frames. That subclip is 16x9 4k. Plenty of resolution for 9x16 1080x1920 rescale. Well, your options are to have Resolve scale your entire 16x9 subclip down to 1080x600 resolution to fit in your timeline and then scale it up 300% in the Transform tab and make it super duper soft. Or you can have Resolve center crop the middle 9x16 and have zero pan and scan.

This makes using subclips with rescales impossible. And makes Resolve essentially unusable for rescaling timelines if you use subclips.
