Overlay not included in final render

I'm in the process of trying to make a bunch of clips (30) and I have a png overlay and color powergrade applied to all of them, yet for whatever reason only the clips and the powergrade are rendering with the overlay completely ignored. I've been googling for a solution to this for about the past hour to no avail. I've settled on just the powergrade for now but I really want that overlay applied. If anyone is willing and able to assist, it would be very much appreciated.

R u rendering in single clip mode? U need to.
