Manually replay to In/Out without looping

Is there a way to manually replay a section of the clip to(not around) In/Out marks without using the looping function?

Positioning the play head before the marks, hitting the "Play to In/Out", and trying to use either "Stop and Go to Last Position" or "Play Again" doesn't yield any result.

With Stop and Go to Last Position enabled, just hit Spacebar. (Twice.)

Turn off loop
