Hi
Anyone know a work around to keep a png file on top time line for a watermark but keep the clips time code from under neath.
soon as u add a file it sees that as the time code

Do you mean you want to keep burn-in timecode on top of a PNG watermark?

If so, can't you just position the watermark so it's not in the same place as the timecode?

I don't think it's possible to make burn-in appear below any particular track. It's always on top.

A workaround would be to export the timeline with timecode burn-in but not the watermark and then bring the rendered clip back in, put it in a new timeline, add the watermark and then export it again.

Edit in an empty timeline that is set to the clips starting Timecode, above your PNG.

That's an idea if you don't need clip data.

Actually, I just tried importing a watermark in the burn-in window as "Logo 1" and it appears above the timecode.
