HEVC to DNxHR Converter

Due to the last 2 years of Pandemic and zero supply of GPU cards, I'm still stuck with DR 12.5 on a Dell T5500 with NVIDIA Quadro 4000. I can work with 1080p and even 4K using Optimised Media. However, DR 12.5 can't even 'see' the HEVC footage that I've recorded on my DJI Air 2S. So I can't convert it to DNxHR.

Possible solutions...
1. I've considered getting the legacy Studio version of DR 12.5, but I don't know if that even recognises HEVC.

2. I could convert the footage to DNxHR if there was a converter out there. Mpeg Streamclip is limited to DNxHD and therefore only 1080p footage.

3. DR 15 might work, but doesn't support Quadro 4000 CUDA. Would OpenCL work?

Any solutions??
