Transcript based editing in Resolve?

Oh my, something like this for Resolve would be AMAZING!

cataloging and organizing masses of amounts of transcripts or interviews etc and looking for very specific parts of a long video where someone metions A,B,C.. etc is a PAIN in Resolve... because you cant do it.

It's not exactly the same but with Simon Says Transcription you can place transcripts inside markers and use the search bar in the bin to find dialogue.
