Developers response to bugs in Resolve?

So I'm thinking of purchasing resolve but the one thing that holds me back are the numerous bugs and glitches I've run into so far with davinci resolve 17 (Program freezes when trying to generate proxy files, video goes black in source window after a little while, etc.). I'm wondering how others experience has been with the resolve team and submitting bug reports and if they generally get resolved in a timely manner.

The readme file for each release includes details of some fixes as we frequently update.
If u have issues as u describe please detail them each in a thread along with you system info as per FAQs

Okay thank you. Didn't realize I could post bug reports here. The preview window issue is harder to reproduce but the crash with generating proxy files is a little more consistent so I will post it at some point.
