viewtopic.php?f=33&t=147421&p=789617Repost of the advice provided in that thread:
The "Untitled" designation is due to the "Filename uses" preference on the File tab which defaults to "Custom name" and an "Untitled" value.
Setting the "Filename uses" preference to "Timeline name" updates the filename field based on the currently selected Timeline.
Saving a User Preset with the "Filename uses" set to "Custom name" and entering a string in the Filename field will use this specific custom file naming convention when the preset is recalled.
Example: %Project Name
Uses the Project Name as the Filename.

Ok here I am again. I read your statements well and tried them all.
The name of the project is not the name of the file and it shouldn't be, having several time-lines into the project, each one with its own name
TO change it with the time-line name, is not what I need, since the time-line has a much shorter name than the one I use for the final video file (long name, with separation by understories, that's describing category, author, etc)
Now: on that tab "File" when I give the file name, then I save the project, and close it, when I recall the project, reopening it, it's back to "Untitled".
I don't think it's a feature. It looks more a bug. A missed bug
Indeed what I ask is the feature o r the correction of this but, to be able once forever, to save the project, i which each time-line into "delivery" can have its own filename AND path. Recalling it;, I must have them back.
Instead of, now, they are removed.
And I do'nt see any action from BMD to implement/correct this, so far.
