Imported images into media pool are incomplete.

Have you ever experienced this problem?
You are trying to import images into media pool from your computer.
You select all of your images ,,sometime 5 sometimes 40,, but not all the images will be imported.
Last time I selected 41 images but only 32 were imported. The rest had to be done manually.
This happened to me also when I was moving 5 images and only 3 were imported.
You can click and drag or open , still the same result.
Images are really small too , maybe 20kb each.

What format are they?
Can Resolve play them?

PNG , resolve can play them
I just tested it again . I imported 10 png's but only 6 show in the media pool.
I did it by drag and drop and then by import open .
I did it in media tab and then in edit tab . same result.
Then I moved the remaining files individually .

I use latest davinci resolve version on win 10 PC

I also teste the same files on my laptop where I run resolve 16 version win 10 and the same files were not moved into a media pool . Only way to move those missing files was individually

If they have a number sequence in the filename Resolve will interpret that as being an image sequence and import it as video.

In the Media Storage panel, try setting Frame Display Mode to "Individual" before importing into the Media Pool. It's under the three dots menu.

You fixed it for me. You were right, it had to do something with files number sequence.
I had files named like 1 work ,,,,2 work ...etc...and those files were not being transferred correctly.
Also those problematic files were name in media pool as [1-1]work.png now that file is named correctly as 1 work.png
