Yeah, not only that, but to add insult to injury, in a project where your "video" is still images on the timeline, the options for thumbnail images for the project don't even scale correctly, so the image is totally wrong, and often not even recognizable, depending on the size of your images. It also doesn't include any titles that you might have put on top of those images.
Why can't BMD just let us search through the TIMELINE and choose a particular frame. You know, kind of like YouTube, Vimeo, and (probably) every other video editing program does? Maybe let us manually Grab a Still and designate it as the thumbnail.
I've just come back to Resolve after a hiatus, after watching BMD blow everybody else out of the water in terms of speed of advancement and innovation (in Resolve). But it seems, now in v18, that has slowed down quite a bit? Is my impression wrong? Have they cooled off on Resolve?
