Resolve 17 won't start at all

Greetings,

before i installed the new version, i used Davinci Resolve 16.
Everything was fine.
Then the new version came and now i can't open Resolve 17.

I did a research on the internet and tried everything they said, but nothing worked.
Now i want to show the Dev-Team my Information-Logs, but i dont know how.

Im begging for help.
