Getting unregistered watermark on DCP render on Linux

PostFri Dec 03, 2021 3:36 am

Hi all,

I'm getting unregistered watermark on DCP render on Linux, though I have a key and have entered it on my system (Centos 7) before. However I have updated since then, perhaps wiping that out? I can't for the life of me see where to enter the key again. Any guidance would be amazing as I have a screening coming up.

Thanks,
Brett

How to register Linux Studio

PostFri Dec 03, 2021 4:11 am

I'm getting the watermark on DCP renders in Davinci Resolve 17.4.2 on Linux (Centos 7)

I remember entering the product key into the first install I did with 17 a few months ago, but I can't work out how to re-enter it.

Any guidance much appreciated!

Just to be sure, you did download the Studio version, right?

As Mads says, check what version you have installed. The watermark appears in the Free version on features that are only available in the Studio version.
