Davinci Reslove 17 Wont Start

About a 2 years ago it worked on this computer. Back then this laptop only had 8 gigs of ram. Installed linux on it. Formatted last week installed Windows upgraded to 16gbs of Ram and put in a 250gb SSD and now Davinci wont work. I have attached my log file and here are the specs of my computer

Im trying to add the log file i made one like support said, by using the bat file but its says it to large to put in on here its named zia09872 and its only 218mbs?

Disable your Intel® HD Graphics 530 in Device Manager, start Resolve, check the GPU is set to your Nvidia, close Resolve and re-enable Intel® HD Graphics 530 again. That worked for me on an Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6600U CPU with the ntel® HD Graphics 520 and has for others too. See if you can upgrade the graphics drivers too.

That got it to open as soon as I clicked new project it crashed

Resolve probably still trying to use the Intel GPU. Update youe Intel & Nvidia drivers (not from Windows update, download them from Intel & Nvidia) and when on project splash, 'ctrl + ,' and select the following GPU settings (for your equivalent devices) and then in Windows Graphics Settings, set the resolve.exe application to use the Nvidia too. Restart system and try again. Use 'ctrl + ,' without opening a project to see if the settings have stuck to Nvidia.

Note: my Nvidia displays as Intel on Windows for some reason, it's a bug in Windows I think.

I am a new YouTuber. I have been using DR 17 for about a month. I got a new computer in December as the one 1 have was new enough. Davinci was working great. a few days ago I tried to open it up and nothing. I get the loading circle by my mouse 2x for a few seconds then nothing.

I watched Scott Fichter's video on ways to fix this problem, but to no avail. I tried the things below as he suggested in his video:
■ System Requirements
■ The Video Driver update fix
■ USB Peripherals
■ The VPN Fix
■ Resolution with the Windows Compatibility Troubleshooter
■ Blocked port discovery
■ The OFX plugins issue
■ The new asset crash fix

I am not an overly tech savvy person and have self taught through YouTube videos so far for DR 17. I read a few of the forums here. But don't understand it all, so I figured I would reach out here.

Thank you hockinsk for the reply. I Believe I updated INTEL, but I couldn't get NVIDIA to install on my computer. DR still wont open.

What Nvidia GPU do you have in your system?
