Dongle Question?

I have DV Studio and have been using it exclusively on Windows PCs. Thinking about buying a Mac M1 PRO Max for on the road edits and viewing.
My question is: Can I use the same dongle for the PC on a Mac, or will I need to purchase another dongle for the Mac?

They are the same. You'll need an adapter, though, the new laptops have only USB-C/TB4.
BTW, I'd go for the 24 GPU model, the 32 is a waste of money.

Thanks for that info. Still, undecided about whether to go with 24 or 32 for GPU.

Even with the impressively low power consumption the 32 GPU model can get into thermal throttling in the narrow box of a laptop when running under full load. The 16" model with 24 GPUs doesn't.

IMHO, it's typical for Apple: the top model is the very expensive one to show off, while the one below it is the sweet spot for serious use.
