That used to work well most of the time. Recently there have been a few more reports of problems with that process. We don't know if it's a change of policy or only occasional server hiccups.
So, if you can't get your two activations back, contact BM directly.
Now that the cat #19 is out of the bag, test it as much as you can and use the subforum.
