In my opinion, it depends .
If you just use simple stuff such as color correction etc, quite frankly is does not really matter. If all clips have the same edits, you can either:
- edit one clip
- choose the edit nodes and cut and paste them into the rest of the videos
or
- take a still of the first video and then apply the grade (stored in the still) to the rest of the clips.
However some stuff is a bit less "co-operative" so for instance if you want to stabilize the video, then the zoom level chosen by DR is not obvious and hard to copy from one clip to an other (resulting in "zoom jumps" at the edges between clips). If you do this, I would edit everything as one big chunk for stuff like stabilization and only then split it into clips and edit. For the rest of the stuff such as color correction, see above.
