How to copy settings in Text clips

PostTue May 17, 2022 4:09 am

Hello everyone. I’m producing a music video with lyrics. So, I’ve got about 20 TEXT clips running through it. I can’t figure out how to copy the Inspector settings from one clip to other clips. Example, say I want to change the font on all the clips, or the color of the text, or any of the other settings. Doing a Cntl+C then Alt+V doesn’t work. None of the copy options include any of the text settings. Is there an easy way to change all my text clips when I need to edit them ? Thanks for any help.

The only way I know is to select all the clips you want to make an adjustment to, with the timeline cursor on the title you wish to view while adjusting, and then make your changes. All selected clips will change to the new values.
