Sound Library can't add sounds, not clickable

V18 Sound Library, 3 dots for "add library" are there but not clickable Resolve 18.OB Build 10, Windows 10 up to date. I don't know if it's because of the new 18 Beta version because I've never used Sound Library before, but I just bough sound effects and I cannot add them. Is the Additional Options (3 dots) menu clickable in the Sound Library panel on the Fairlight page?

They are greyed out and not clickable on my system either.

After having the same issue as described above, I was able to get past this by first creating a new database, then selecting it in the drop down menu. The 3-dot menu was now active and allowed adding additional sound files to this new database. Thinking this might be by design.
